  • Social Media needed to:

    • Build following online and increase footfall

    • Build consistent brand identity on Instagram

    • Create a more consistent, less ad hoc, impression on social media - applying the same level of care and attention online as is given to service and product on site

  • Social Media Strategy:

    • Showcase venue’s identifiable feature (purple neon, co-working space, dog-friendly, independent business)

    • People-focussed (showcasing both team and visitors)

    • Harness nostalgic 2010s style environment on site

    • Present venue as “the local coffee spot” identity for SO15 residents and “the place to go” for Southampton visitors

    Content Strategy:

    • Bias in photography towards product and place

    • Graphics make reference to every-day tech/convenience

    • Inspiration: 2010s Instagram-styles and up-to-date tech, indie neon hangout, young professionals, remote working/work-from-coffee-shop culture post-pandemic
