The management package covers the overall direction of social media content. This is the strategic centre behind all other areas of social media.

Social Media Management package covers:

• Ongoing research and strategy

• Key-holder of the social media strategy – in charge of ensuring planning, creation and execution of content is aligned with the organisation’s aims and values

• Content planning and building the posting schedule (sometimes across multiple platforms)

• Overseeing creative work and ensuring content remains relevant to the organisation’s content plan

• Build shot lists and content

• Manage creation and execution of campaigns

• Collect, analyse and produce analytics detailing the efficacy of campaigns, content types, content pillars/categories and make recommendations

The Social Media Management package works best when there is a continuous open dialogue within your organisation and between Eagerly and your organisation. This will look different for each organisation, and we can discuss how this looks during an initial discovery call to figure out how best to work together.

The Content Creation package covers the creative/design work of social media. Your branding, visuals, content are all built from this package.

Content Creation package covers:

• Bespoke branding kit for socials content

• Content templates for each format, in each pillar/category

• Photography and/or stock image sourcing

• Copywriting

• Video filming and editing

• Post design

Content creation package gives you:

• Still images, graphic posts, videos, (animated) iconography bespoke to (and reflective of) your organisation

• A comprehensive brand identity that reflects both your existing presence and your values/aims

• The vehicle for building direct connections between your organisation and your audience

The Audit and Strategy package is ideal for organisations who are not on social media at all or have accounts that are ‘dormant’. I recommend this package for anyone who is interested in social media for their organisation but doesn’t want to commit to a management and/or creation package right away.

This package is broken into three stages: Discovery, Research, Report.

Discovery:

• Initial meeting with Eagerly where we discuss the organisation, its purpose, its membership/client base/target audience, and it’s aims and values

Research:

• Your organisation’s website (if there is one)

• Your organisation’s social media accounts (if there are any)

• Relevant subject matter on social media

• Trending dialogue and information on social media

Report:

• A comprehensive account of our findings

• A recommended social media strategy based on information from Discovery and Research stages (including recommended content pillars/categories, platform(s), and content mix)

• An example draft content plan (one month, directed by current social media presence)

Audit and Strategy gives you:

• Insight into how similar organisations are using social media to engage with their audience

• Where your organisation could fit within the digital landscape

• How relevant subject matter is being discussed by organisations, influencers, and the public online

• A bespoke strategy for social media marketing based on your organisations’ aims and values

• Recommendations for platforms, content format mixes and scheduling.

This is a one-off service. Payment is made prior to work commencing.

This package is £300.

Your audit and strategy is sent to the email you use to purchase the service within 10 working days.

Brand Build-Out is a package designed for busy teams who want to create content on site but don’t have capacity to get the branding work together first. Following a discovery call with you, I’ll build a Canva Pro suite specifically for your team. Once I’ve set this up, I hand the suite back to you so your team can get creating!

Brand Build-Out covers:

• Creating bespoke Canva branding kits (either one just for the organisation’s branding or individual kits for each content pillar/category)

• Content templates designed so you can just import, tweak, and post!

• Sourcing stock imagery to start your content bank

• Brand guidelines covering everything from typeface to images for you to share with your team

• A follow up meeting with your team and Eagerly to see how things are going (we aim to have these calls about 1 month after finishing the branding suite, but this can be scheduled sooner or later depending on your needs).

I recommend:

• Having a full audit done first (see Audit and Strategy)

• Encouraging your team to start collecting images/videos while your suite is being set up

• Nominating a member of your team as a socials supervisor to ensure content that gets posted is on brand, correctly formatted, and in line with the branding guidelines

Please note that the purchase of a Canva Pro subscription will need to be fulfilled by the organisation and full access provided to Eagerly for the duration of the package.
